Customer Requirements: Wrap tape boxes in bundles of 3-12 boxes per bundle at speeds up to 130 ppm for the three pack.
Challenges: The project required a special infeed collation device in order to meet the speed requirements on the smaller bundles.
Discoveries: The brand owner had very specific requirements for certain aspects of the machine, most particularly the electrical work which caused cost overruns.
Outcome: The machine met all specifications and a second machine order occurred subsequently.
